Abstract
The article covers the issue of user service in libraries in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Modern forms and methods of library work in online format are considered. It has been found that libraries, during quarantine restrictions, continue to carry out their mission, find opportunities for active activities and a combination of safe conditions for their users. The experience of V.O.Sukhomlinsky State scientific and pedagogical library of Ukraine is presented in the conditions of modern challenges. It is concluded that libraries will be able to continue their activities and certify library support to users after the abolition of quarantine restrictions in compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms.
