Abstract

The work is devoted to the coverage of the process of professionalization of the pedagogical staff of the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education, in particular, the development of andragogical competence of the teacher of the institution and its highest degree of acme. Ways to achieve acmeprofessionalism and focus on the cycle of acmeogenesis of andragogical competence are revealed.
