Abstract
The formation of an innovative model of development in European countries dictates new priorities for the education system in general and adult education, in particular, requiring its stable dynamism, continuous generation of innovations that would contribute to continuous updating of knowledge and, consequently, economic and social growth. Innovation is becoming a leading paradigm of modern education, which in the process of global transformation of culture requires a reorientation of pedagogical education to an innovative path of development.
