Abstract
The importance and necessity of providing andragogical training of PhD student, formation of andragogical competence of a researcher in the field of education are proved; organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of their andragogical training are determined; it was found that it provides the acquisition of knowledge in the field of andragogy, a high level of readiness for their use in professional and scientific activities, the formation of andragogical competence; the significance and expediency of introduction to the content of training of PhD student are revealed course "Andragogy"; the purpose and objectives of the training course "Andragogy" are defined; it is shown that the result of the training course should be the formation of integrated, special (professional) and general competencies of the researcher; their content is revealed.
