Abstract

These are devoted to the analysis of conditions that would allow teachers to improve their skills for the successful implementation of educational reforms and help meet the pressing educational needs of teachers. Motivated, competent, ready to implement innovations teacher is the engine of innovative changes in the educational institution. Such are the technologies of immersive teacher training in refresher courses. The paper considers such aspects of their application as methodological support, joint work on overcoming internal barriers and external difficulties.
