Abstract

The article identifies the features of professional training of public administration and administration; its purpose and tasks are clarified; the essence of the concepts "public administration", "public administration", "public administration" is revealed; pedagogical possibilities of application of the andragogical approach and andragogic model of training in professional training of specialists of public administration and administration in institutions of higher education are opened; the importance of formation of andragogical competence in future managers is proved.
