Abstract

In the course of scientific research we identified problems in the implementation of public and public and management features in institutions of various types and subordination: financial autonomy is not fully implemented in support institutions, public-public interaction of general secondary education institutions in partnership has insufficient feedback, insufficient developed democratic relations in the management of education of territorial societies and others.
