Abstract
According to Council of Europe Assembly Recommendation 1437 (2000) on non-formal education, non-formal education is considered an important component of lifelong learning. It provides an opportunity for learning subjects to expand their worldview, to acquire the competencies necessary to adapt to today's dynamic environment. Everyone has the right to receive non-formal education on the basis of their own desire and initiative. This can be done through various types of learning activities outside of formal education.
