Abstract

In the article, the authors state that in modern conditions it is important there is a problem of updating new approaches to training of the new generation of managers. The essence of the concepts "creative management" and "creative education" is revealed, creative management as a component of the system is considered enterprise management. The authors prove that creative education brings the education of the manager to the level of knowledge management, creates conditions for the manifestation of creativity of the individual and becomes a direct source of creative managerial innovations.
