Abstract

Discursive experience constructing in the context of the psychologicalhermeneutic approach is defined as the bringing of socio-cultural and personal information into the system, the organization of such information into coherent structures that help to understand its sense. It was found that in information uncertainty situation the individual semantic system is destroyed, the semantic chaos arises. The ways of human actions in such situations are characterized. Strategies of new schemes building for their understanding with the help of two main understanding and interpretation mechanisms of personal experience – semiotic and communicative – are defined.
