Abstract
The article examines the nature of teaching principles of vocational education and educational principles of skilled workers’ professional qualities formation at a vocational school in the context of fundamental pedagogical theories. The problems of researching the essence of skilled workers’ qualities and the possibilities of forming these qualities at a vocational school are thematized and conceptualized. The authors substantiate the position that the problem of updating the didactics of vocational education remains relevant for domestic professional pedagogy in the context of modern technical and technological and civilizational changes. Nowadays, there is a worldwide trend of changing the basic paradigms of upbringing-education-training. It means that we need the generation and development of new fundamental pedagogical ideas – the ideas and principles of person-oriented noological focus, in particular. Fundamental pedagogical ideas in association with categorical structures of classical and non-classical didactics enable to conceptualize such fundamental pedagogical theories that can contribute to the organization of upbringing-education-training system at various levels of the educational process. The authors prove that the mastery of teaching is a didactic neoplasm that appears as a result of the integration of elements of assimilated methodical culture and psycho-spiritual properties of the individual and that functions as a generalized ability (complex skills) optimally to carry out motivated training activities in accordance with specific objectives and conditions.
