Abstract
Professional communication is considered in more detail as a special, very important for any professional activity in the field of "man-man" means and conditions for solving its problems. Its main feature is purposefulness. If outside the service a person is guided by personal motives, then in a professional one communication goal is dominant, which is determined by the nature and needs of professional activity.
