Abstract

Problems of communicative training as an integral part are investigated the communication process of the officer of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine. Such qualities of the officer as ability to communicate, to carry out language influence, to persuade are important. Communication also plays an important role in creating a positive atmosphere when communicating between officers and subordinates, it is able to prevent stress and negative consequences.
