Abstract

The article reveals the topic of forming arbitrary behavior in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The aim of the article is to determine the features of arbitrary behavioral act in children with hyperactivity and attention deficit. Selected research methods - analysis of scientific literature, surveys of teachers and psychologists. The article outlines the directions of modern research on the problems of development of children with ADHD, identifies different variants of ADHD depending on the manifestation of structural components (hyperactivity, impulsivity, inattention). The article also describes the features of the areas of development of a child with ADHD. To determine the features of arbitra ry behavior, the author’s model of arbitrary behavioral act was used, according to which the analysis of arbitrary behavior of a child with ADHD was performed, as well as the directions of correctional and developmental work were outlined. Conclusions and prospects for further research: children with ADHD suffer all parts of the arbitrary behavioral act at the stages of “Before action”, “Action”, “After action”, in particular, they find it difficult to accept the requirements for arbitrary behavior, they lo se the task at the stage staging and assimilation. Such children also have difficulties in making decisions about the task, planning its implementation, operational and final self- control. Corrective and developmental work should be carried out according to the diagnosis of structural components of an arbitrary behavioral act. Various variants of ADHD disorders need further study, as well as the creation of scientific and methodological recommendations for working with such children. Keywords: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD, arbitrary behavior, model of arbitrary behavioral act, areas of development in a child with ADHD
