Abstract

The paper argues the thesis that the comprehension and construction of life experience by an adult person is the key to successfully confronting the challenges of modern tense life and is the leading factor in human adaptation to modern <93> socio-psychological conditions. The most important factor of adaptation is personal maturity, the leading feature of which is a responsible author's attitude to himself and to his life. The analysis of the features of the design of experience in adulthood was carried out on the basis of the materials of the empirical study. The results of the empirical part of the study give reason to believe that a specially organized communication process can focus a person on rethinking his personal experience.
