Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to highlight some andragogical aspects of self-realization of pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education, in particular andragogic acmeogenesis, which allows to prepare a competitive in the market of educational services specialist capable of continuous self-development, self-learning and self-realization through formal and informal life.
