Abstract

The reference framework of digital competence of citizens (DigComp 2.0 and DigComp 2.1), which formed the basis of educational standards of the EU and other European countries, is constantly updated in accordance with the needs of society (Carretero, Vuorikari, Punie, 2017). In January 2021, the European Commission published the so-called "Call for Contributions to the DigComp 2.2 Digital Competence Framework" (European Commission. (2021)). attitudes applicable to each of the 21 components of DigComp competencies.
