Abstract
Global challenges in a society that have changed the world have naturally influenced the priorities of school education development and given impetus to the transformation of pedagogical technologies and learning models. One of such priority areas for the development of modern education has been the development of distance and blended learning, which has led to a number of important changes. But the practice of mass transition to distance or blended learning worldwide has not yet existed. This challenge of modernity in the conditions of a pandemic has affected a large age group of pupils (aged 7 to 16), so now new problems of psychological and pedagogical (didactic) nature are being solved. At present, documents on distance (blended) education regulate this form of education as a full-fledged one, under which full general secondary education can be provided.
