Abstract

Two psychological interpretations of the concept of a deed are compared: S.L.Rubinstein’s interpretation, made in the context of the activity paradigm, and one proposed by V.A.Romenets as the base of a special deed paradigm. Similar and specific traits of those interpretations are considered. The value of the deed concept for psychology (especially, for personality psychology) is confirmed as well as the necessity of its further elaboration relying upon theoretical works of our prominent predecessors.
