Abstract

On the way to the formation of a Knowledge society, the European Community develops a priority direction for European research policy, named Open Science. The concept of open science reflects a new approach to a scientific process based on joint work and new methods of distributing scientific knowledge via digital tools and technologies. A number of shifts and initiatives implemented in Ukraine are considered in the direction of open science.
