Abstract
The article reflects the features of the dual system of vocational training in Germany, the responsibilities of institutions of vocational education, employers, trade unions, government, the benefits of its implementation for all parties involved. Directions and possibilities of application of elements of the dual system in the institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education of Ukraine are considered. The first experience of introducing elements of the dual education system in different regions of Ukraine in 2017 has been analyzed.
