Abstract
The organization of the process of formation of health-preserving competence of high school students is developed based on the contradictions of personal and procedural nature, which are within the ecological culture, health expenditure and restoration technologies, stereotypes of behavior, levels of medical services, etc. The algorithm of actions of health protection of high school students is developed on the basis of the integrated assessment of their morpho-functional condition. The basic principles and forms of health-preventive measures for high school students are developed in the theory and methods of physical, psychological, social and spiritual health on the basis of identified philosophical, cultural, medical-biological, psychological-pedagogical, socio-professional aspects of its formation. Harmonization of the psychological sphere of high school students is a means of influencing the organization of their healthy lifestyle. Conclusion. In the process of developing the theory of healthy competence of high school students, hierarchical features of competencies are taken into account, which are grouped on their qualities and manifested in certain behaviors that are based on psychophysiological functions and have a broad practical context and a high degree of universalization.
