Abstract

Rapidly changing conditions of development of the individual and society and the lack of coordination of interaction of participants in the educational process, encourage the development of philosophical and pedagogical principles of socio-professional development of the individual component of which is a competency approach that provides an evolutionary transition from educational tasks. at a new stage of its development. This process involves taking into account the impact of globalization, integration, democratization, increasing the role of society in the implementation of projects to prepare individuals for life and productive work.
