Abstract

During the preparation of the teacher for interaction with students and students, we must form a sufficient level of "psychological experience", realizing that its presence must meet the tasks set and is a prerequisite for turning the desire into reality. The category of "psychological experience" is difficult to find in general and age psychology, not to mention pedagogy. Occasionally it can be found in textbooks and monographs, in particular in pedology. Pychological experience is a spiritual formation, beyond which even the breath of a person does not occur, every moment of his life, thinking and creativity, learning and upbringing, well-being andfailures. structural and dynamic organization, levels and substructures, the nature of transformational and adaptation processes.
