Abstract

At the present stage, scientific circles are increasingly discussing the essence and trends of human and society development, the issue of ecology of the individual and the space available for life. Development of sustainable development projects within the framework of a unified concept of social, economic and environmental development, which must be coordinated, balanced and periodically adjusted. Therefore, it is now important to outline future benchmarks in context, where special attention is required to ensure and balance the relationship of components of development. In this context, new requirements are made to the individual, namely to his competencies within the framework of ensuring the ecology of life.
