Abstract

The paper focuses on important components of the state of psychological readiness of pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education to the use of innovative technologies. The psychological readiness of the pedagogical staff of the postgraduate pedagogical education institution for innovative activity as a multifaceted and multifaceted phenomenon, which contains both activity and personal characteristics, is determined.
