Abstract

The article highlights the importance of extracurricular educational work as an important component of the educational process in vocational education institutions, circle work as the main traditional form of realization of the content of extracurricular education, the experience of realization of modern educational practices at classes of a circle of printing. It is found that properly organized extracurricular educational activities in the process of vocational training not only improves the quality of knowledge of students, but also lays the practical foundations for future profession. In the process of extracurricular activities, students are more actively involved in the work, offer new, creative approaches to solving problems of a production nature, ask interesting and at the same time complex questions that are not typical of the normal learning process. Unlike classroom, extracurricular learning activities of students have a number of special characteristics and are implemented through various forms. It is determined that the circle of professional orientation is one of the leading forms of extracurricular educational activities in the vocational education institutions. Circle work is based primarily on volunteerism, common interests of students and focus on a particular type of educational and practical activities. The experience of the «PLATFORMA» circle on the basis of the Bila Tserkva College of Service and Design is presented, where students of the professions «Computer Typesetting Operator» and «Information Processing and Software Operator» develop their creative and professional abilities. The efficiency of application of modern educational practices in the classes of a professionally-oriented circle is analyzed, in particular project technology of training, technologies of modeling of professional activity, information and digital technologies. It is proved that the application of modern educational practices in extracurricular educational activities is an indicator of high qualification of the teacher and progressive ability to organize the educational process on the basis of the competence approach.
