Abstract
The scientific-analytical report presents the results of a comparative analysis of legislative acts and normative-legal documents on teacher training, as well as the network of higher education institutions in which pedagogical staff is trained; presents the quantitative and qualitative analysis of pedagogical workers, payment of their work, mechanisms of entrants selection for pedagogical specialties, models and levels of teacher training is carried out; content and forms of future teachers training organization in Ukraine and European countries (Great Britain, Germany, Finland, Hungary), China and Australia. Conclusions and proposals on improving the professional teachers training in Ukraine in terms of integration into the European educational space are substantiated.
