Abstract
The abstracts of the report highlight the positive and problematic factors of the introduction of multilingual education, taking into account the socio-linguistic situation and global trends in the development of education in the world and in Ukraine. It is concluded that the introduction of multilingual education in institutions of general secondary education in Ukraine, in particular with teaching and learning the languages of indigenous peoples and national minorities, is possible with proper organization and methodological support of the educational process. Priority areas for further theoretical and applied research have been identified.
