Abstract

Psychological readiness to work at educational institutions consists of 1) the factor of professional training of future specialists, taking into account theoretical knowledge and practical skills; 2) the factor of possession of psychological readiness to work with students at an educational institution and organizational skills in interaction with the teaching staff and parents.
