Abstract
The article identifies and considers issues of training specialists in the development of informatization of society, economy, science, introduction of electronic educational environments in the educational process, which today is an urgent task of higher education institutions. Modern educational institutions are looking for ways to improve competitiveness of their graduates in the labor market, seek to improve the quality of education, to cover a greater age requirement of their own students. The Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" sets tasks higher education institution:1) proceedings at a high level of education activities that ensure the acquisition of higher education the appropriate degree in their chosen specialties; 2) providing an organic combination in the educational process educational, scientific and innovative activities; 3) creation necessary conditions for the implementation of the participants in the educational process of their abilities and talents; 4) dissemination of knowledge among the population, raising the educational and cultural level of citizens; 5) study demand for certain specialties in the labor market and assistance employment of graduates. Given the needs, opportunities and student requirements for obtaining and processing information, in ZVO needs to create an appropriate system of informing students, provide a level of access to information that satisfies both needs of students and directly educational institutions. Stormy the development of information and communication technologies not only provided institutions of higher education the opportunity to intensify the educational process, but also set the task of organizing effective learning. It determined by the capabilities of information and communication technologies. Most educational institutions have done a lot for introduction of information and communication technologies (number computers, Internet access, creating a digital system space, etc.).
