Abstract
The report reflects the main results of the research "Methodology of competently oriented teaching of languages and literatures of national minorities in the Lyceum", which was carried out during 2018-2020. scientific workers of the department of teaching languages of national minorities and foreign literature of the Institute of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Presents certain and substantiated scientific and methodological foundations of competence-based teaching of languages and literatures of national minorities in the lyceum; for the first time, the methods of competently oriented teaching of the integrated course of the Russian language and literature in the lyceum, competently oriented teaching of the New Greek language and literature based on working with cultural texts, working with cultural texts in the process of competently oriented teaching of the Hebrew language, competently oriented teaching of the Gypsy language at school were developed; conceptual foundations for the design of competently oriented textbooks for an integrated course of the Russian language and literature, a teaching aid for teaching the Hebrew language, a practical manual for teaching the New Greek language and literature and a methodological manual for teaching the Gypsy language, their educational content has been formed and structured, a methodological apparatus has been developed; presented scientific, industrial-practical and educational products, created by researchers on the topic of research, to fulfill the urgent tasks of reforming the Ukrainian school, the Program of joint activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, cooperation with international partners and organizations, methodological assistance to teachers in the conditions of distance and blended learning; identified promising areas of work.
