Abstract
In development, consistent with the updated State Standard of Primary Education, the Law of Ukraine "On Education", the Concept of implementation of state policy in the field of reforming general secondary education "New Ukrainian School", Standard educational programs of primary education, programs of correctional and developmental work for junior classes general secondary education, represented psycholinguistic didactic technologies of diagnostics and activation of cognitive development of primary school students with severe speech disorders. The development will be useful for practical psychologists, teachers-speech therapists, teachers-special educators, teachers of junior classes, employees of inclusive resource centers and parents of children with special speech needs.
