Abstract

The success of development largely depends on informing the participants of the process: due to the development of information and communication space, changes gain power and are directed in a certain way. We all receive a lot of information that changes over time and necessarily passes through our "personal filters", but the information environment can be both destructive and supportive: it has a significant impact on the security of participants in the information field. Therefore, when we talk about information as a factor in building an inclusive environment, it is important to consider a certain algorithm of presentation and exchange of information for the development of socially oriented services.
