Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of motivation for learning for adults experiencing significant stress, and the specifics of psychological diagnostic of this motivation using techniques specific for different types of scientific rationality. Based on the conditions that contribute to human development in psychotherapy, an algorithm for the formation of motivation for learning is presented.
