Abstract
Transformations of the world community in a pandemic caused global educational changes due to systemic transformations of guiding paradigms, forms and methods of teaching, educational needs of people of all ages, initiated changes in the management of professional development of teachers. Each in-service training program has been developed taking into account the Framework Program of updated key competences for lifelong learning, approved by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on 17 January 2018. The collection consists of 2 parts that accompany the professional development of the teacher in an open education on an individual educational trajectory. The first part of the collection contains educational and professional programs for stakeholders: managers, teachers and research and teaching staff of air defense institutions; heads, pedagogical workers of out-of-school education institutions; scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions; employees of methodical services. For pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, heads of educational institutions, workers of methodical services of all levels, and also all who are interested in questions of transformation of professional development of experts in the conditions of formal and informal education.
