Abstract

The collection examines current issues of education quality, which reflect a wide range of scientific and practical interests of teachers at the present stage of development of educational institutions in Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Estonia, Poland, USA. The issue of increasing the requirements for the level of professional psychological and pedagogical competence and personal qualities of a modern teacher is widely presented; methodological and methodical orientations of professional education, realization of the newest approaches to a problem of preparation, development and education of pupils are covered. The collection is addressed to pedagogical workers of professional educational institutions, scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions, graduate students, students, teachers, educators and all those who are interested in the current state of development of various psychological and pedagogical problems.
