Abstract

The article presents the major methodological approaches to the problem of physico-mathematical training of senior pupils in the context of their preparation for studies at an engineering university – namely: competence-based, person-centered, action and system approaches. The essence and content of each of them as well as the main features of senior pupils work in the course of his training for studies at an engineering university have been defined. System formations have been classified according to the problem of physico-mathematical training of senior pupils as a part of their pre-university training.
