Abstract

An approach to solving the problem of pre-vocational training in a specialized educational institution is proposed. The factors of organization of pre-vocational training in the unified system of continuing education are determined. The conditions for achieving the effectiveness of pre-vocational training through the implementation of a personality-oriented approach are considered. Pre-vocational training is considered as a holistic system that harmoniously interacts with the educational, upbringing and management processes of the lyceum and a system of work that is implemented through the motivational, content and procedural components of the educational process. Approaches and principles of pre-vocational training are formulated. Peculiarities of its stages (motivational-informational, adaptive-professional, professional self-determination, monitoring-corrective), content and forms are determined.
