Abstract

The basic theoretical information of vector algebra and analytical geometry is considered, examples of solving typical problems and problems are solved, the solution of which by traditional methods leads to cumbersome mathematical calculations, the application of vector algebra and coordinate method to solve meaningful geometric problems is shown. Exercises for independent work are given and answers to them are given. The manual can be used in the system of pre-university training, lyceums, gymnasiums of natural sciences and mathematics and for independent preparation for entrance exams to higher educational institutions.
