Abstract
In the conditions of transformational educational changes, the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers in the conditions of formal and non-formal education is in a state of profound changes, which are accompanied by the search for new forms, methods and technologies of adult education. The publication covers the analysis of the state of psychological readiness of teachers in terms of distance and online learning (in a pandemic).
