Abstract

The criteria of formation of the motivational component are determined, which determine the level of orientation of student youth to in-depth study of physical and mathematical disciplines. The motivation to study physics and mathematics in the process of pre-university training of high school students is characterized as a set of factors of high academic success, which determines the successful admission to universities for technical specialties and further successful education. The factors of choosing a profession in the pre-university education system that contribute to the conscious choice of future professional activity of students are formulated.
