Abstract

It is substantiated that a high level of pre-professional training of students is possible under the conditions of development and implementation in the educational process of the lyceum of pre-professional training technology, which is based on a personality-oriented approach. Peculiarities of application of principles, forms and methods of personality-oriented approach in technology of pre-professional training of lyceum students are opened, and also influence of tools of this approach on efficiency of pre-professional training, formation of motives of a choice of future profession is found out.
