Abstract

Ways to overcome difficulties in the practice of teachers' work on the formation of competencies in the younger generation are proposed. On the basis of the revealed low indicators of readiness of teachers for this kind of activity pedagogical conditions, and also the offered forms and methods of work with teachers are defined. The results of the final section are presented, after the introduction into the practice of teachers' conditions, forms and methods of work.
