Abstract
The necessity of political analysis of the process of civilization progress, its specifics, dynamics, development tendencies, as well as political speculations and myths around these processes, as well as the development of ways to form the domestic and foreign policy of Ukraine is substantiated. The essence of the strategy of social development in Ukraine as a worldview determined by a set of views, assessments and principles that determine the general vision of ways of development is revealed; It is shown that the strengthening of Ukraine's subjectivity is largely related to the need to understand the effective use of available resources - industrial and scientific potential; a unique geographical location that creates favorable conditions for the location of industries focused on the markets of both the EU and the countries of the Asian region; raw material base; chernozem reserves and potential opportunities to reach the position of one of the agricultural leaders of the modern world; powerful human capital, a reserve of educated labor, a system of training. It is extremely important to realize the need to implement a democratic model of a modern, competitive political system based on the rule of law, developed legal culture, balanced representative democracy, strong self-government, effective public management.
