Abstract
The article provides a brief analysis of the state of use of organizational mechanisms of state and public management of educational institutions on the basis of partnership; the results of the survey of heads of educational institutions on effective organizational mechanisms and problems of their application are presented; The organizational mechanisms of state and public administration developed by the author on the basis of partnership by life and professional guidelines of teachers and self - determination of students in the experimental institution are presented.
