Abstract

The issue of development of virtual schools has been updated. Virtual schools as organizations created by law or government agencies, funded through government allocations, tuition fees, grant funding are analyzed. It has been studied that in the United States, public virtual schools began to appear approximately in 1997 and became one of the first providers of online educational services.
