Abstract

The publication is devoted to the problem of formation of andragogical competence of pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions. The author reveals an important component of the motivational-axiological criterion of the researched problem. Particular attention is paid to the value orientations and personality traits of the teacher of the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education.
