Abstract

To provide the country with efficient, competitive entrepreneurs and a competitive business system, this system must be created. It needs to be nurtured, shaped and made truly competitive. It is impossible to say that entrepreneurship in Ukraine is somewhere in the underground, it is supported, not only declaratively, but also actively. During the 28 years of Ukraine's existence as an independent state, various state documents have been repeatedly adopted to support entrepreneurship, especially small business. Much effort has been made at the regional level to ensure that entrepreneurs take place and work quite actively.
