Abstract

The monograph reveals the theoretical and scientific-applied aspects of training future qualified personnel for entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of small business development. The model of pedagogical system of preparation of future qualified personnel for entrepreneurial activity is presented. The methodical bases of preparation of applicants of professional (vocational and technical) education for business activity are covered and its maintenance and the newest forms are specified. The pedagogical conditions and technologies of development of business activity of student's youth in establishments of professional (vocational and technical) education are defined. The necessity of application of self-management technologies for formation of entrepreneurial competence of future qualified personnel is substantiated. The main directions of formation of entrepreneurial skills of ZP (PT) O students in the process of project activity are characterized. For pedagogical employees of vocational (vocational) education institutions, employees of educational (scientific) -methodical centers (offices) of vocational education, divisions of the State Employment Service of Ukraine, teachers and applicants for higher education, graduate students, doctoral students.
